Is it easy to be young?
“Being a teenager”- What does it mean? It means having everything for the first time being with friends having problems with parents having problems with parents taking a lot of exams having problems with skin having problems with skin going to parties and discos going to parties and discos
The Definition of the Youth Youth is the time when a person is trying to find his place in the world. And during this search he or she comes across different problems which are as important as those of the adults.
THE YOUTH Everybody says that youth is probably the best time of life. I doubt whether it is true. It seems to me that it is the most difficult time. You have to make some very important decisions which will influence all your future life. Being a teenager means dates, love, new discoveries, choosing career, thinking about many problems and ways to overcome them. Being a teenager means taking a lot of exams. It is very difficult. Especially, if you fall in love and can not think about anything but your love.
What problems worry young people ? Family problems Personal problems School problems Violence Cruelty Drug addiction Drinking problems Discrimination
What are the reasons of the teens’ problems? Teens get depressed and upset They are badly treated at home Their parents are quite indifferent Teens are not taken seriously They can’t solve their problems themselves The system of our life The changes of the society
A POEM Why is nothing ever easy? Why are some boys so very sleazy (неряшливые)? Why can’t I have that brand (фирменное) new dress? Why am I under so much stress? Why don’t my parents ever believe me? Why can’t they ever see… Why do I feel so often unhappy? Why do they always wish I was still in a nappy (в пеленках)? Why does my face feel like a block of lard (кусок сала)? Why are all these years really hard? There’s a reason for all these problems and tears. I am going through my Teenage Years!
SUBCULTURE A subculture A subculture is a group of people with the same interests, the same is a group of people with the same interests, the same style and they like the same music. style and they like the same music.
WHY DO TEENS JOIN SUBCULTURES? TO IDENTIFY WITH A PARTICULAR SUBCULTURE TO REBEL AGAINST THE SOCIETY TO PROTEST AGAINST THE OLDER GENERATION TO REJECT EVERYTHING (NOT)TO CONFORM TO SOCIETY STANDARDS TO TRY OUT ALL SORT OF OPTIONS TO SHOW STRONG PHISICAL FORCE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES, THEIR OWN IDENTITY
