Examples: Users & Identity, Events, Services (Monitoring, Logging, Auditing) Process relates to requirements arising out of a series of operations performed in either a sequential or a parallel manner in completing a business process. Examples: Aggregation Integration Workflow Security relates to aspects of securing a web-service enabled application over the open network (in particular the Internet) Examples: Authentication & Authorisation Non-repudiation Integrity Confidentiality Trust Delivery covers aspects of conveying, producing or transferring content to desired destinations in the preferred format or manner. Examples: Delivery Channels Transport Protocols Supported Formats & Devices Common
