To practice using the book, you need to write down the answers to these 5 questions. What are the first and last entries in the “skills index”? Under which tab in the handbook would you find the short story lesson? Where would you look for the definition of “personification?” Where would you look when you are about to take a social studies test? Where would you look to find out what the words on the top of a dictionary page are called? Do you have your folder for this class? We need them please 

If you finish early read your own book or wait patiently  Please read pages What are the 3 things that reading can provide for you? What are the 6 reasons that you might read? What does it mean to visualize while you read?
