8. Fire Safety Complete the evacuation plan. Complete & document 4 fire drills. Complete routine checks of fire extinguishers. Do not rest or silence your fire alarm.

9. Being a Good Neighbor Behavior Trash Noise ▫Currently a Class 4 misdemeanor ▫If the person operating or controlling the noise can not be identified, any owner, tenant, resident or manager is assumed to be guilty of the violation ▫6:00am - 10:00pm = 65 dB ▫10:00pm – 6:00am = 55 dB
