Talk To Me Recently we’ve been learning about some of the things that help talking to each other go well. Who can remember what some of those things were? Today we are going to talk about how we feel when talking does not go well.
How does it feel? How a person feels inside is important. It can be really hard to keep your feelings locked up inside. If you talk to your family, a friend, a trusted adult, or a teacher you will almost always start to feel better.
How does it feel? What are some of the things we feel when people don’t talk nicely or don’t listen to us?

How does it feel? You don’t have to share everything that you are feeling. But it is important to share feelings when you need to talk or need help. You can say, "I feel sad when my friend doesn't play with me" or "I feel angry when they steal my ball”.
