3 Over the counter drug: Cough Syrup, Tylenol Prescription drug: Through a doctor Illegal drug for youth: Tobacco, alcohol, Marihuana

4 A consequence is the result of something you choose to do or not to do. A consequence can be positive or negative Taking someone else prescribed medication

5 Slurred Speech Shallow Breathing Lack of Coordination Forget things Disorientation Elevated Pulse Slows down reaction Illegal for kids

7 USING ALCOHOL: Get intoxicated Get into a crash Forget things Harming yourself or others NOT USING ALCOHOL: Stay in control Less family Trouble Better health
