11 11 Incubation Program - UCFBIP  The UCF Business Incubation Program opened in December, 1999, with the Technology Incubator. The Program now consists of seven facilities in Central Florida Facilities in total cover 110,000 sq. feet  The Program is a partnership between UCF and the local government / community.

12 12 Results from the UCFBIP Clients Companies currently serving 90 Companies graduated 38, 35 still in Region Companies assisted in total 140 Jobs created ~2,000 Average salary $59,000 Investment raised $200 M Generated revenue $500M Patents held by UCFTI clients >286 Copyrights held by UCFTI clients >75 Trademarks held by UCFTI clients >47 Trade secrets held by UCFTI clients >64

13 13 The Venture Lab provides expertise and resources to technology entrepreneurs in a variety of areas including: business plan & financial statement creation market research assistance company, investor and product pitches product validation & competitive analysis financing guidance & intros to investors business strategy mentorship SBIR and Kauffman educational workshops online templates for BP, financials, pitches, etc. UCF Venture Lab
