1. Report to Patient Voice Group Meeting from SRC Board Patient Representative, Juliet Hanfling 30 May 2012

2. Since the last meeting the Board has been re- constituted and split into 2 bodies: The South Reading Clinical Consortium Group Council of Practices meets monthly to discuss clinical matters. I am not a member of this group The South Reading Board is now a smaller group and meets monthly at this stage. As the representative from the Patient Voice Group I am a lay member of this group

3. New CCG Board Membership of the new CCG Board comprises: The Chair (Elizabeth Johnston) 4 additional GPs 1 Practice Manager 1 Nurse 1 Hospital Doctor 1 Chief Finance Officer 1 Accountable Officer 2 Lay Members

4. New CCG Board As yet not all posts have been filled. The other lay member on the Board is Saby Chetcuti, non executive director of Berkshire West Terms of office are for a year In the future members of the public will also be able to attend these meetings

5. New CCG Board The first meeting of the newly constituted Board was on 16/5/12. Items discussed included: An update on the summary of work by the Joint Commissioning Partnership The Planned Care work programme for this financial year Reports on the Urgent Care network and Long Term Conditions
