3 Commissioning Support Quality & Provider Management Clinical Director Provider Management Dr Ash Patel This team is responsible for managing all aspects of CCG relationship with providers including contract negotiation, quality and performance, and activity planning. This is through in house staff or commissioning support arrangements. The team also has responsibility for all aspects of provider quality including Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults. 4 Commissioning Support General Practice Development Clinical Director General Practice Development Dr Cath Briggs This team is responsible for managing all aspects of Primary Care that are the duty of the Clinical Commissioning Group. This includes ensuring full membership engagement in the group, practice quality improvement, training and support, prescribing and referral management and relationships with the local area office of the NHS Commissioning Board in all aspects related to primary care. 5 Commissioning Support Service Reform Clinical Director Reform Dr Jaweeda Idoo This team has responsibility for overseeing all major service reforms identified through the organisational Strategic Commissioning and Annual Business Planning processes. They are also responsible for implementation of occasional ad-hoc to improve local pathways identified by clinical policy prioritisation or provider quality management issues. 6 Commissioning Support Planning and Corporate This team has responsibility for leading the strategic and business planning of the CCG along with all corporate services functions including organisational and governing body secretariat, communications & engagement, compliance, risk management, claims and complaints, HR and Organisational Development. This includes: All the necessary HR and OD advice and support required Strategic planning support including necessary Business intelligence Specialist communications capability including design and print, digital and website, and social marketing expertise Personal Assistants Administrators 1 to Stage 5 key Communications Team Administrator Safeguarding Team Administrator EUR & Clinical Board Admin

7 Commissioning Support Finance This team is responsible for all aspects of the CCG’s financial planning, financial reporting, and financial control including working closely with internal and external audit. Also includes responsibility for managing relationship and contracts with payroll, estates, IM&T, and ledger suppliers Chief Finance Officer Deputy CFO Senior Accountant Band 8a - 1wte CCG STO 067 To stage 5 Financial Accountant Systems Accountant Management Accountant Accounts Liaison Officer Commissioning Support The Director has specific responsibilities for securing the necessary commissioning support to ensure that the CCG has sufficient capacity and expert capability to meet the organisations requirements.
