FEEDBACK Citizens’ Panel The Citizens Panel is a platform that the Council uses to engage and feedback information to residents regarding services provided and how best to improve them It was established back in 1996 and all survey reports are published on the website on our consultation page consultation page An annual newsletter with a snapshot of survey results is distributed to panel members.
