Dev., Quality of Life, Leadership, City Council and Mayor, USA Polling Questionnaire: 43 questions re citizen attitudes and preferences, 7 demographic measures Sample size: 410, 95% sure results are within 5% of results which would be obtained if all residents were polled Interviews:10 day process, 54% participation, reflects significant interest and cooperation by citizens, average interview 12 min
