5. Kick up event is held 15.1. (week 3) Presentations of Project Plans are held 29.1. (week 5) Intermediate Reports are presented 5.3. (week 10) Final demo A is held 7.5. (week 19) (only held if needed) Final demo B is held 14.5. (week 20) Ultimate DL for Documenting is 25.5.2014, 23:59. –(24h rule does not apply here) Wednesdays at AS2 12:15 – 15:00 (at max) The reports MUST be in Wiki 24 hours prior to the event! Decide your goals, timetable, budget, quality and resource allocation –Plan your (team) work and timetables for all of your team members –Discuss who is the best person for each task –Plan how to avoid risks –Divide the work for the whole team in such a way that the work load is balanced and everyone can give their best for the project “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. 8. Project plan (DL 28.1.) + 10 min project plan presentation (29.1.) Intermediate report (DL 4.3.) + 10 min intermediate presentation (5.3.) Final report (DL 25.5.) + 15-20 min presentation (and demonstration) presentation in Demo A (7.5.) or Demo B (14.5.) You should attend all sessions. –Exception: The final reports are held in two separate sessions A and B. It is not absolutely necessary to participate in other group’s session. 9. Amount of credits is estimated in the project plan –Negotiate with your instructor for the extent of your work Instructor gives a statement of the project work.
