1 Our Philosophy The Health and Physical Department is committed to ensuring that all students have equal access to the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to develop total wellness (mental, physical, social, spiritual, and emotional). The unique role of the department is to educate students on health- related fitness, physical, competency, sportsmanship, and life long fitness activities.

3 On March 10 th students from our strength and conditioning class competed in the NJ State Power Lifting Championship at St. Joe High School. We took second as a team and all individuals placed in the tournament.
