3. 2 PC Current Activities  Reliability Metrics  Reliability Metrics Working Group Formed  Joint PC/OC WG  WECC Member: Brian Furumasu, BPA  Provides input to NERC Reliability Metrics and Benchmarking Program  WG has developed a 3 year work plan

4. 3 PC Current Activities  Integration of Variable Generation Task Force (IVGTF)  Joint PC/OC TF  Charge to document reliability issues and recommend standards for integrating variable generation  Developing draft outline of report/white paper  Draft report to be presented to PC in Sept 2008  Final report and recommendations to be approved in Dec 2008  Meeting to present results to public in Jan 2009
