1. Search by Mortgage Date

2. Select mortgage date to direct your search to properties in which the mortgages were recorded during a specified time period. For example, you can retrieve all properties in which their mortgages were recorded between January 1995 and February 2000.

3. Click on the Mortgage Date button on the Financial criteria column.

4. You will receive a Mortgage Date entry box:

5.  You can either click on one of the "LESS THAN" options provided or click on "OTHER" to customize your mortgage date parameters.  By clicking on "Less than 6 Months," for example, you limit your search to properties which had mortgages recorded within six months of the current date. You may select only one of the four "Less than" options at a time. In this example, your search will include all properties with mortgages recorded within one year of the current date:

6. To customize the mortgage date parameters of your search, click on the month and year menu arrows to select a FROM and TO date. Your search results will only include properties which had mortgages recorded between those dates. In this example, your search will include properties with mortgages recorded between January 2001 and January 2003.

7. Click OK. Your selection will appear on the Search Criteria screen: Click OK Begin Search to retrieve matching properties.
