The definition of academic mobility Academic Mobility is a transfer of a student, a researcher or a teacher to another educational institution which has enabled program of study or research for a long but limited period of time (term, academic year).
Importance of academic mobility Increasing competitiveness and improving quality of higher education Increasing competence of students and staff in their work sphere Development of technological, social and cultural aspects of society Maintaining of valuable contacts between students and academic staff throughout Europe and mutual understanding.
