OTM Specific Resources Access for Customers For Oracle customers to locate the TOIs, go to: 1.Go to My Oracle Support (support.oracle.com). 2.Sign In to My Oracle Support. 3.On the Dashboard tab under Getting Started, click the User Resource Center link. 4.Under MY RESOURCES in the Get Proactive section, click the Release TOI Recordings link. 5.In the Get Started today, by selecting a product line from the drop down list:, select Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). 6.Scroll down until you find the OTM TOI that you are looking for. 7.To view Global Trade Management (GTM) TOIs, click the Oracle Global Trade Management link under Browse Subcategories. Note: OTM customers will need to log into their My Oracle Support account if they have one or create a new account if they do not have one.
