It can lift us up to great heights or pull us down to the depths of failiure. It can energize us to do and say all the right things at the right time, Or it can undermine our motivation and cause us to sabotage our own best laid plans. Infact, it is the foundation for everything that happens – to us, - around us, or- within us. Attitude… The key ingredient for Success. By our Attitude, We decide to read, or not to read. By our attitude, we decide to try or give up. By our attitude, we blame ourselves for our failure, or we blame others. Our Attitude determines whether we tell the truth or lie, act or procrastinate, advance or recede and by our own attitude we and we alone actually decide whether to succeed or fail. Therefore, Always remember that, Attitude determines choice, and choice determines results. All that we are and all that we can become has indeed been left unto us. Our attitude is a choice we make---And theres a lot riding on that choice.

2. We never plan to fail, but we often fail to plan. When we are driving, we know where we want to go and we plot out our route, When we plan and prepare a meal, we follow a recipe and monitor the food as it cooks. Now, Just think ! How much attention do you give to planning the direction of your lives? Give yourself a chance and take time to review the quality of your life and re-evaluate What you are doing and where you want to go. Whether youre looking to make success out of a meal, a job, or a life, Planning techniques will help to make it happen and to make it fun. But Still a few people have any next; they live from hand to mouth without a plan, And are always at the end of the their line. Nothing Happens by accident, So always have a plan and believe in it. When Schemes are laid in advance, it is surprising how often the circumstances will fit in with them. Therefore, Organizing is what we all should do and be in tune with direction and to be on track for what we most want.

3. Never argue with idiots, they just drag you down to their level then beat you with experience. Do you have someone who is always trying to lure you into futile debate or argument, Someone who tries to Get your Goat, So to speak? If so, Remember this: Do not answer a fool according to his foolishness or you will become a fool like him. Resolve today to be calm, when responding to that person the next time they try to engage you. After a few times of trying, they will probably quit. That will be a blessed day!

4. Kites Fly high against; not with the winds. When we watch birds fly, we watch them beat their wings against the air, fighting against it in order to soar. That proves; To fly, we have to have resistance. Eagles and Hawks glide and swoop, their wings catching against the updrafts while Canadian geese beat their wings tirelessly against the air to travel thousands of miles every year. While the birds do make it look easy, flying is hard work, just like everything else that lets us soar above the rest. When we strive and move forward, we cannot do it in a vacuum. If we try to fly with no resistance, we will get nowhere. Resistance enables flight and resistance also creates challenges. Esentially, Success is not easy, and in truth, it should never be easy. What sets us apart from the rest is the fact, that we are willing to struggle and willing to move forward, even if it is hard, even if it is difficult.

5. Mans biggest mistake is to believe that hes working for someone else. We all work for Ourselves; We all are presidents of our own personal Services Corporation. In actuality 100% of us are self-employed. Someone else may pay you, but you work for yourself. The person who signs our paycheck may change; Our jobs may change, but we are always the same. We are the one constant – always self –employed. The Fact of the matter is -this is not optional, it is mandatory -you are the president of your own co., -you are the president of you own career, Your own life, your own finances, your own body, your own family, your own health. You are who you are because of your character and the excellence you strive for in your skills and interaction with those around you. You are totally responsible. We all are responsible. No one will ever do it for us. Its the most liberating and exhilarating thought of all, to think that You are the president of your own life.
