19 Two years and counting Assistance from The Cavan Group Data Center Working Group meets weekly Data Center Advisory Committee meets monthly –Deferral of cyclic replacement/technology refresh –Building ITS financial reserves –Comprehensive inventories of equipment and applications –Developing play books (step by step activities) –Developing timeline(s) Planning the Move 19
