11. 66% Goal Regional Plans Regional Plan Mapping Document- Due to Mary and Blair by October 31, 2013 Objective: To assist in meeting the states goal to have 66% of Utahns ages 25-34 with a postsecondary credential by 2020, provide entry-level postsecondary certificate program/pathways of study in high school in key workforce clusters that lead to high-demand, high-wage occupations and that also provide opportunities for further education.
