12. Data Entry Navigation Short Keys While entering/editing a case: Go To… (F6) Advance To End (F10) Insert Group Occurrence (F3) Insert Group Occurrence After (Ctrl+F3) Delete Group Occurrence (F4)

13. Modify and Partial Save To modify a case: –choose modify from data entry menu ( M or U ) –double-click on the case you want to modify –press F10 when finished editing and ready to exit the case Partial save: –if allowed, saves a case before entry of the questionnaire(s) is finished –exit data entry application, choose partial save –To complete: choose modify mode, double-click on case, and finish entering questionnaires data
