Performed scheduled maintenance and maintenance required by tax law changes. Modifications and new development involved VBA, complex queries, linked tables, (sub)forms, (sub)reports and importing from/exporting to Excel or ASCII files. Other systems featured ODBC links from Access to Lotus Notes databases and sending output to PDF files. Secondary support for three systems. Involved in entire project lifecycle of a new Lotus Notes database and became primary support for it.
