RICH AND POOR IN THE BIBLE In the Old Testament the Jews were commanded by God to care of the poor. The Old Testament prophets criticized the people for taking advantage of those without money.

RICH AND POOR IN THE BIBLE Then there is the parable of the rich fool Luke 12:16-21 The land of a rich man brought forth plenty. He couldnt decide what to do with all his wealth.

RICH AND POOR IN THE BIBLE They both die. Lazarus goes to heaven. But The rich man goes to Hell. Despite the fact that the rich man can see Lazarus in heaven. He cannot obtain help from him.
