3 W HAT IS A HEALTHY DIET ? Healthy diet helps to maintain or improve general health. Such diet contains a big variety of foods. It supplies nutrients, vitamins and other essential substances.

6 HEALTHY EATING PLAN 1. Eat a huge breakfast, which contains carbohydrates 2. Remember, there should be at least 3 hours of break between your meals. 3. Eat lunches rich in nutrients, fruits and vegetables, they are important! 4. Eat a small dinner, which contains a lot of proteins. Eat at least 3 hours before bedtime. 5. Remeber about drinking 2 l of liquids each day!

10 O LIVE OIL PRODUCTION 1.Harvesting: olives are collected at their right ripeness. 2.Grinding and milling: leaves are separated from the olives, next the olives are washed and are crushed by hammers to produce an olive paste. Finally, the paste is kneaded in a machine called Gramola 3. Extraction: olive oil is obtained (by separating solids from liquids) and stored in containers.
