Supplementary Figure 2. Western blot analysis of ovarian cancer cell lines.
Cell lines indicated above each lane were analyzed for expression of AKT1, AKT2, pAKT, ERK and pERK expression. Antibodies against AKT, AKT2, and pAKT were used at a 1:500 dilution in overnight incubations. Antibodies against ERK and pERK were used at a 1:1000 dilution. To show the full range of AKT expression, a 1 and 10 minute exposure of the same film is included. A representative result of at least three repeat analyses is shown.
