Background Compilation on energy balance was done by Energy Commision (EC) - Statutory body responsible for regulating the energy sector particularly the electricity supply and piped gas supply industries -Obtained data from various Ministry/ Agency DOSM collect data from primary/ secondary sources relates to energy i.e: coal, petroleum gas electricity, chilled water for air conditioning biomass import/export on energy
