6 Implemented: Weekend of April 26 Customer approval workflow and delegation process via MyHub Benefits include: –View history of transaction requests and approvals/denials –Mass approve/deny transactions –Include comments with an approval –See who has approved and who has yet to approve a transaction –Delegate authority to approve by specific transaction Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) 6

7 PTO Payout Upon Termination –Employees hired on or after July 1, 2013 –New vesting schedule Less than 3 Years of Service = 0% vested 3 or more Years of Service = 100% vested –Unused PTO Balances are forfeited, with the following exceptions (PTO will be automatically vested): –Death of the employee; –Total and Permanent Disability of the employee; or –Reduction in Force that results in the elimination of the employees position through no fault of the employee. PTO Sell –Employees hired on or after July 1, 2013, who are not vested, will not be able to sell PTO during open enrollment or throughout the course of the year –Employees who are at a Vice President level or above are not permitted to sell PTO –Employees who are at a Director level will need approval from their VP to sell PTO PTO Changes 7
