2 WHO IS A SAVER'S Any individual who is above the age of 18 years, and is willing to work as a Savers of ISOP training workshop open tickets, with or without creating his marketing team, is termed as a retailer; after registering himself with the Saver's Plan.

3 COMMON TERMS YOU WILL ENCOUNTER HERE ISOP: Indian School of Prosperity. DP: Down payment. It is a payment option of making 100% payment at one go and buy a ticket. FP: FlexiPay. In this payment option, a Savers can pay the total amount in ten equal installments. There is no time commitment attached to payment. Savers can choose to make a payment at his comfort. However, all ten installments must be paid before ticket can be issued. Partial payments are non-refundable

4 COMMISSION CYCLE CC: Commission Cycle. Every purchase, either DP or FP entitles the Savers for ONE COMMISSION CYCLE for that plan. CC stays active till the Savers earns up to 125% in commissions i.e., FIVE payments of 25% each. The FIVE payments may come from FIVE directs, OR partially/wholly through compression, OR repeat purchase by the same Team Mate. Once 5 payments are credited, that cycle expires. A new purchase activates a fresh cycle.

5 RP: Saver's Plan. It is the Compensation Plan extended to the Savers for commission calculation. MRP: Maximum Savers Price. It is the price at which a Savers can sell an open ticket to a Savers customer. SAVER CUSTOMER: The end user of the open ticket for ISOP workshop and who is neither registered with ISOP-RP nor is he into marketing of tickets.

6 MUST DO FOR A SAVER'S He must register himself with the Saver's Plan by filling up the online application and paying the one time registration fees. He must offer 30 days money back guarantee to the Saver buyer at his end. If demanded, it is the moral and legal responsibility of the Savers to refund ALL the amount to the buyer for unused ticket. However, if the buyer attends a workshop, or BOOKS his seat for a particular workshop and doesnt attend it for any reason, the money back guarantee turns null and void.

7 CAN DO FOR A SAVER'S The Savers can choose any or all workshops to market open tickets, using either down payment or flexipay or both options independently. He can create his own marketing team to increase the turnover, thus becoming eligible to earn team bonus.

8 MUST NEVER DO FOR A SAVER'S The Savers must behave decently with the prospective buyers, his team mates and ladies. He must never make any false claims, or claims not supported by ISOP, to sell. He must not make ISOP or Saver's Plan look like an MLM or get-rich-quick scheme, and maintain its sanctity at all time. He must never make anybody invest in the business beyond a persons individual capacity and will; and never make anyone leave his current occupation to pursue this plan.

13 YOUR SECOND INCOME You can build your team in order to earn Team Bonus. You can sponsor MAXIMUM FIVE SAVERS personally. All of them are directly placed under your reference. There are no levels formed. The business teams created by your team members DO NOT earn you any commission, except when compressed (explained later).

16 1. UNILEVEL, 25% You Buy Plan A, Variant DP. This activates your ONE commission cycle. Your team does the same.

19 2. SEPARATE COMMISSION CYCLES You Buy Plan A, Variant DP. This activates your ONE commission cycle. Your team PARTLY does the same. Some choose other product, say, Plan A, Variant FP As your Commission Cycle is active Only for A/DP, you receive commission ONLY for that product line. A/FP commissions are passed on to the first Upline who has an Active CC for A/FP.

21 3.COMPRESSION You buy Plan A/DP. Your Team Mate Q Doesnt buy this plan, works with other plans. One of Qs Team Mate W chooses to buy Plan A/DP. As your team mate Q has NOT bought this plan, the structure is COMPRESSED and the commission passed on to the first upline with active Commission Cycle for this product; in this example, YOU. 23 4. MULTIPLE COMMISSION CYCLES A Savers is free to buy more than one plan at a given time. This enables him to have active cycles for those many plans. In all, a Savers may buy all SIX plans at one time. Savers may make More Than One purchase of same plan, each purchase enabling ONE CC, to be executed in succession.
