What can be gained by working with the program? Get better results Be efficient with the training time See clearly what training aspects that are important for a freeflyer Get a helicopter view of your flying See week points in your flying Choose the right level of your training and competition flying
My thought is that the four different trainingaspects can be thought of as pieces of wood that makes a barrel If one part of wood is too small you can not fill the barrel all the way up to the top The contents inside the barrel is of course success !

Mental training Example of detailed training program Read at least 4 times a week Read loud I will succed in my performances It is a great feeling to know Im always doing my best I always learn from my progress, and I want to make more progress It will be fun and stimulating to do the next training I learn quickly and I always want new challanges I have a positive attitude to my performaces no matter what happens I have big patience, I know I always have a chance to succeed I feel stronger every day i practise It is a lot of fun to learn to performe better day by day Im a WINNER !
Long distance running Example of detailed training program Goal: Run 10 Km under 45 minutes Evaluation: June -10 40 km running every week, 4 times 10 km each time, 20 km should be intervalls Every training session on the field should end with one lap on the training course Try to catch the model after every dt Go with a friend on a bike tour or ski tour once a week
Mentoring - the Future To help, and see, someone get better and better in the sport is a great reward, a beautiful thing! In my oppinion Mentoring is a key thing for our sport, freeflight, to survive and become bigger in the future.
The Mentor – Pupil relationship is always rewarding for both parties.
