Deposit can be done from 2 years to 14 days before the start date of your weeks
Deposited time not exchanged will lapse after 2 years from the start date.
An exchange can be requested between 1 years to 46 days before you plan to travel.
While calling up RCI make sure you have the following documents & information in hand:
Membership number, credit card
The names and country locations of your selected resorts (select a minimum of 4 resorts/destinations to increase your chance of an early confirmation)
A selection of dates on which you can travel
Flexibility is the key.

When you deposit your week in the space bank pool it is given a value, known as its TRADING POWER
When you want to make an exchange, RCI tries to match your Trading Power with a deposited week of a similar value
Trading Power is based on 5 factors:
Demand for the week deposited
Resort’s quality rating-feedback from RCI customers
Accommodation size & privacy
Holiday time band-the season
How early the banking is done.
Occupancy in RCI
