12. Been there, done that….. Phil Wolff, Commercial Director Phil started as a fitter at PB Power Tools more than 25 years ago. He joined HSS working in both the technical and training teams and he now sits on the Board as our Commercial Director. Jon Overman, Divisional Managing Director Jon was a Saturday Boy in the 1990s. Since then, hes worked his way up to become our youngest ever Divisional Managing Director, responsible for the entire southern region and over £73 million of turnover! Byron Bayford, Mobile Fitter Byron started as an apprentice when he was 18 years old as a Fitter in 2002. He successfully completed his NVQs with HSS and worked in various roles in branches throughout London and is now a Mobile Fitter.
