Minimize costing on keeping HVDC spare parts
Increase HVDC spare parts utilization and optimisation

6. CONCEPT OF SHARING Exchange all of spare databases.
Only similar and critical spare items are
considered to be shared by setting the
method of sharing, consider the suitable
number of max-min and responsible
person to purchase.

Optimum number is as recommended by Siemens
Minimum number is half of the optimum number
Both parties shall maintain minimum number

8. Both parties have their own authority to update databases separately.
DATABASES SHARING
Databases sharing will be done on neutral web page and can access by using password for security.
Both parties have their own authority to update databases separately.
Besides of databases on web site both parties shall update the hard copy for backup
and exchange in every 6 months.
