2. This is the one of the only islands available in Thailand as a completely private island and is just 15 minutes by speed boat off the coast of Phuket and sits between Phuket, Krabi and Phangan. The island is approximately 440,000 m2 and benefits from spectacular views in all directions and would be perfect for a ultra luxury resort or a unique island villa development. There is no accommodation on the island but there is a restaurant open all day. There is fresh water, electric generator and mobile telephone signal. The island has beautiful white sand beaches and lush tropical forests.
