2. Motu Moie is a private island in the district of Patio island of Taha'a with view to the stunningly beautiful mystical island of Bora Bora.

3. The island is 26 acres and is ideally situated in a magnificent turquoise blue lagoon between the Hotel Taha'a Island & Spa and Vahine Island.

4. The building on the island is comprised of living room/kitchen of 100 m2, owner's bungalow 47 m2, lagoon guest 40 m2, caretaker's cottage 62 m2, and garage.

8. The island has a generator, solar panels, two speed boats and water in all buildings, non-drinkable. Drinking water is bought.

9. The current owner has owned the island for more than 23 years and the sale will be at the level of partnership shares of the SARL Limited Company which is the owner, thus the lesser expenses for the registration fees, taxes and other expenses.

Viewing is strictly by appointment with the selling agents Pavilions of Splendour International Inc.
