1. Hacienda Zambrano is a 100 hectare cocoa plantation located in La Concordia on the west coast in Guayas province.

4. The plantation has water flow, electricity, irrigation system, micro-sprinklers installed and droppers. There is also a beautiful home on the plantation. The cocoa trees are CCN51 variety. with the cocoa beans in production giving 4,000 pounds plus x hectare x year.
