13 Conclusions and decisions
Only in situations where the figures for one of the classes goes up but goes down for the others one would expect this to be due to a change in the degree of urbanisation methodology. Indicators by degree of urbanisation for 2012 are flagged with "b". Data before and after 2012 were kept in the same table
