Christian Aid fundraising to get cows…
Think of some amooooosing ideas to get cows for those who need it to lift them out of poverty… why not get enough money to buy a class cow for a community in Ethiopia???
Donate money at school and / or give generously through the envelopes that come to your houses…

Helping others effectively
Ask students to form small groups—ask for a representative of each group to come to you
Teach them without the others seeing—how to do something—it could be tying a knot, folding an origami animal, something related to your subject etc.
Ask the students to relay this back to the group—to teach them the new skill
At the end invite all students to tell you what they learnt from this
And how they would modify it for future use
Discuss the importance of effective help for people in need?

place this Christian Aid Week, we give thanks
for those in communities at home and far away
who choose to be change-makers for justice.

to pray, act and give for a different world.
