Assume that two members of your team make more mistakes than you would like. They have been trained and you have personally coached them on how to improve. Still, you are disappointed. Which option would you stress more? A I would meet individually with the employees and show them their mistakes. I would ask them what they think they could do to improve and offer my advice. B In my regular meetings, I would present graphs showing the percentages of mistakes made. I would identify the most accurate individuals by name and emphasize any improvement, no matter how small. C There will always be some members who make more mistakes than others. All have been trained and coached; there is not much more you can do. When they retire, Ill replace them with higher quality employees.
