SITUATION
[PIAS], one of the world’s largest independent music recording labels, required upfront spend control without surprise marketing costs to make faster investment decisions. It needed a solution that would be easy for creative and non-financial people to use. The goal was to get an overview of spending on individual projects, as well as cost consolidation across all areas, taking different currencies into consideration.
SOLUTION
UPPER Network implemented its marketing management solution, MARMIND Enterprise, at [PIAS] to plan, coordinate, and measure all marketing campaigns for artist releases, including insight into the total consolidated spending on worldwide marketing campaigns and the remaining budgets in real time. MARMIND also utilizes Azure offerings such as Azure SQL Database with built-in intelligence that learns and adapts to maximize performance, and highly available Azure Storage.
