Advent Countdown went with Microsoft Azure's reliable hosting platform, resulting in a smooth participation flow for all users. Azure SQL Database and Cloud Services allow Advent Countdown to easily dial up or down performance as needed, while Azure’s table storage made it easier to keep track of auxiliary data such as usage statistics. Meanwhile, Azure’s Blob storage ensured pictures and style sheets loaded on Advent Countdown’s apps across all platforms.
