(A) Dose–response curves were determined by calculating cell counts using a hemocytometer. (B) Growth curves of N87 subcutaneous xenograft tumors in control (upper curve, rituximab treated, n=3) and trastuzumab-treated (lower curve, n=4) NMRI nude mice. Intraperitoneal treatment was initiated at day 14 and continued weekly using a dose of 5 mg/kg per week.
