All data in this figure have been derived from TCGA data deposited in cbioportal.org. Green dots indicate missense mutations, brown dots indicate in-frame mutations, black dots indicate truncating mutations and other mutations are indicated by purple dots. (B) Kaplan-Meier graph showing the survival of patients in the provisional TCGA dataset of invasive breast carcinoma cases (derived from data deposited in cbioportal.org), stratified by HER2 mutational status.
