CMMl. PB smear (A, Wright stain, ×600). This case of CMML demonstrates an increase in mature monocytes. The corresponding flow cytograms of the pB mature monocytes demonstrate strong expressions of CD13 and CD11b (B, upper right box), but loss of expression of CD15 on a significant population of the mature monocytes.
