Think of a time in the past where you felt anxiety. What was the situation? What did it feel like? What lead up to this feeling? What was the outcome? Let’s look at this closer to see what was happening in the situation and how you could have changed: the thought that lead to the feelings that lead to the action that let to the outcome…
