Main Intranet site contains valuable information on Brenau events and includes many useful links and contact numbers.

3. Click on the Student Login button to navigate to the login screen.

4. Your Login ID is your six-digit student ID (found on program plan)
Pin format: first initial, MMDD of birthdate, last initial, 1+!
The login user ID and pin – Note you can recover each using Forgot Pin/Password Section.

5. This is where you can change your pin
This is where you can change your pin. It is best done as soon as possible since it is obvious information about you and not very secure.

6. Show My Accounts is where you can find other student account credentials and you can reset passwords.

7. Parents or Guests use the student’s 6-digit ID & the pin/password created by the student.
Guest access for parents/employers. They log in using your ID number and a password you create for them.
Can be used to give an employer access to your grades for tuition reimbursement.

8. These additional links have personal information about tuition, financial aid, class schedules and grades.
Student can update address, add a password hint, look up and request transcripts or review any course substitutions.
There are links to evaluate courses taken under My Course Evaluations and access to graduation checklist.
Other areas on CWEB you should spend time looking at to accept FA, pay tuition or pull up grades. Take time to understand each area.

9. Upon clicking the My Registration link, Registration Instructions will appear. It is very important to review these instructions.

10. Click this link to start registration.
Be sure to review this area and click on the hyperlinks to view important registration information such as section codes and drop forms.
Section codes identify different campus locations where classes are being taught. Click bottom link to start registration.

11. If you have any restrictions on your student record when you attempt to register please contact the Registrar ( ) or Admissions ( ) to have them removed or get an explanation of what restrictions are on your student record. Restrictions will block access to registration.
A student without restrictions will be able to search for courses and register with the assistance of their advisor during first time registration.
In registration screen you are able to select courses to register for by Dept, course number and section.
