EC should support universities to ensure sustainability of ESCs there should be a two-way committment: ESCs to EC but also EC to the ECs... that employment opportunities of ES-graduates are limited. So the ESCs need continuing support in order to survive.... that it is difficult for the ESCs to recruit good scholars
