7. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW At the end of reflective learning session the team decides what will be investigated in the upcoming action weeks How are preparations done and what happens in practice? Use “Info letters”, SMAT, Inspections, LMRA cards, Field visits findings, Idea box, Photo’s Posters… Reflection in 5 to 10 minutes about the theme. Describe the results of the improvement actions. What did we improve, what could be done more? What did we learn? Celebrate successes & Reward good performance. Give feedback to improve future campaigns. Discuss what was observed past weeks? What do we want to improve in the upcoming action weeks? Solve identified improvement points with staff. Monitor how improvement plan progresses & effectiveness.
