5 Web-based Reporting ProScript clients enjoy real-time, detailed reporting directly through the ProClient console. With ProClient, hospital personnel can locate and track any report, from dictation creation through to final report upload. Client personnel can STAT reports directly from the management screen, listen to a dictation, get a quick display of the transcribed report, print a copy of the report on demand, fax a report anywhere, or edit the report or demographics either before or after HIS upload. Each job has detailed tracking/logging information from the beginning of the job's lifecycle and through each step of the transcription process, including user and system access to the job/report. This detailed tracking is essential to provide the requisite audit trail to comply with privacy regulations. An essential part of ProClient is the ability to generate ad-hoc reports, including reconciliation, detailed billing and TAT, quality analysis and more. Our document management system is designed specifically for acute care hospitals.
