12 Spellings  New spelling programme – No Nonsense Spelling  Children taught spellings three times a week  They will bring home spellings to practise linked to the spellings taught.

13 Home Learning  Whole School Approach  Home Learning books will be handed out on a Friday, first task - design a front cover  Weekly literacy and maths home learning, alternate weeks.  Hand out on Friday, hand in on following Wednesday  Topic Home Learning – Half Termly  Spellings  Reading

14 Groupings  The children are taught in their classes for Literacy and Reading and also Mathematics in Year 3.  The children will be set across the year group for Mathematics in Year 4.
