Opening of a competition The request is made by the chief HRD assists in defining the job description Opinion of the Union

Technical evaluation Elaborated by the responsible chief, aided by a technical jury The chief draws up a short list of candidates Report forwarded to the Union for comments

In the absence of comments by the Union: recommendation to the Director- General In the event of comments by the Union: Discussion with the responsible chief followed by recommendation to the Director- General, split or not Technical evaluation
